PLACING AN ORDER

Placing an order can be done from the website, by email/telephone. Should you place an order from the website, you have to be sure that personal data is correct and updated. SPHUB suggests the Customer to proof-read his/her order-form several times before validating an order. SPHUB is neither responsible for sending e-mails to the wrong e-mail address nor for sending parcels to the wrong delivery address, if the form is incorrectly filled-out.

PROCESSING TIME

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. SPHUB does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SPHUB reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. SPHUB reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

SPHUB will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your email id registered with us, once your order has processed or changed status. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website.

CHANGE ORDER

You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account. Please call us during SPHUB hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your sales order (SO) or account details ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

CANCEL ORDER

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing their order(s). Simply call us during SPHUB hours of operation to request an order cancellation. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

All warranty periods indicated are from SPHUB, unless otherwise noted, and are limited by the manufacturer's warranty policies. Actual manufacturer warranty periods may vary depending on product and manufacturer and may be longer than the warranty period covered by SPHUB. Please refer to the manufacturer's website or product manuals/packaging for more information.

Generally, the manufacturer's limited warranty will only cover the product for manufacturing defects and will not cover any physical damage to the product from misuse, dropping, any damage, etc. In no way does SPHUB warrant any product for fitness of use or for representations made by the manufacturer.

To receive warranty service on your product, you must contact SPHUB by phone or email to address the problem. Our technical support team will be registering your complain and providing you a RMA number which will be used for further services.

After receiving an RMA number, you will be required to ship the defective item back to SPHUB with the RMA number marked or labeled on the package. Also include a copy of your invoice and any email correspondence you have had with our support staff. SPHUB recommends that appropriate measures are taken to safeguard the product from damage during shipping, as SPHUB does not warrant a physically damaged product. SPHUB does not accept packages sent collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping and provide the necessary information and receipt for reimbursement, if applicable.

SPHUB will not cover any shipping charges for any products.

  • All spare parts for mobile phones comes with 1 month of warranty. Customers can get replacement their goods within a month after the purchase (excluding the delivery time) if the exchangeable item is in stock.
  • Warranty covers 1 month from the time of items dispatching. Warranty does not cover some types of spare parts. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, please check with the sales team about warranty for the item you want to purchase.
  • Warranty does not cover any damages or losses caused by postal or shipping services (courier company). We recommend you carefully to check the package contents according to packing list in front of postal service or shipping company representative.
  • All defective items being returned must be packed as if they were new and working. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier.
  • It is recommended that customers deal directly with the manufacturer for all retail products for faster turnaround times. Some manufacturers offer direct-swap, cross-ship, or even next-day to-your-door replacement warranty services.
  • Screenguard does not comes with warranty or gurantee. Also we sell only front side screen guards.
  • If ANY warranty seal is broken or has been tampered with, the product will no longer have any warranty, and we will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your product.
  • The purchased product might contain more than 1 warranty seal. In this case each and every warranty seal must be intact, should not be broken or tampered with. If any of the seal is found broken or tampered with, then the product will no longer have any warranty.
  • Before you buy any items, please ensure that you have verified compatibility with your requirements and your handset. We will not take any responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your requirements or your mobile phone.
  • Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs on all products returned to us for exchange or warranty repairs. Please allow up to "10" business days for our technician team to check out your returned items.
  • Product sent to us for any replacement, repair or any other purpose should be collected back within 2 months of arrival. After that we will be forced to destroy the product and consider the case closed. We levy no storage charges.
  • The images shown in product details can be different from the actual product.
  • Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. 

Please Make Sure You Meet The Following Requirements Before Sending The Goods Back For Replacement:

  • The protective film and warranty seals on LCD & touchscreen should be intact, before taking off protective film & seals please check if the LCD or touchscreen is working.
  • The protective film or warranty seal should not have any reposition traces.
    The part should not be physically damaged.
  • No modifications or adjustments to the device or misuse of the item.
  • The warranty doesn`t cover careless usage of the item (ingress of alien objects and liquids on spare parts or in devices, electrostatic discharges, misusage of voltage and other external factors).
